debt negotiation

  1. Get a free consultation from a reputable, highly experienced company in order to determine if a debt settlement program is right for your particular situation. If you decide that our program is the solution you've been looking for and you qualify for the negotiation program, it's as easy asa filling out the paperwork to get the process going. Once the simple enrollment process has been completed, your creditors will be contacted immediately to let them know that our debt negotiation company with a staff of in house attorneys is working on your behalf and all further communications should be redirected to our office. This should stop the harassing phone calls from your creditors. Apart from a few exceptions, all disputed accounts are closed and you are encouraged to avoid using credit while on the program.
  2. You will be asked to keep a record of any calls that you might receive or any violations by your creditors and pass that information to us, your debt settlement company so that we can have those creditors cease any communication with you.
  3. Our debt settlement company will work with you to determine the funds you need to save every month in preparation for your settlements and will continue to work for you until settlements have been reached with all of your creditors.
  4. Our debt settlement company will negotiate with all your creditors and with the added clout of having experienced attorneys on your side we will be able to obtain the best settlement for you. Settlements can vary, usually between 30-60% of the total debt and all settlements are based on the funds that you have available.
  5. NO SETTLEMENT IS FINAL UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A WRITTEN COPY OF THE CREDITOR'S OFFER AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS. ONLY THEN WILL FUNDS BE FORWARDED TO YOUR CREDITORS TO SATISFY THEIR DEBT!
  6. Your credit cards will be paid off one at a time, which will ensure that you see steady results. However, your debt negotiation company will continue to negotiate and communicate with the other creditors to update them on your current situation. Unlike many others in the field, only once a debt is eliminated, is a nominal fee paid by you for that settlement. THIS MEANS YOU ONLY PAY A FEE BASED ON THE RESULTS! The process continues until you are debt free.
  7. Your creditors will report to the credit bureaus that there is now a zero balance and that your account is paid. You will also receive a letter from your creditors stating that no further money is owed. Then, with all the stress and worries behind you, you can start to reestablish and rebuild your credit worthiness!
